United States Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Shipping times may vary depending on:
- product availability
- artisan production schedules
- carrier transit times
Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within several business days.
Canada Shipping
Shipping to Canada is available at checkout and calculated based on destination and package size.
Customers are responsible for any applicable:
- customs duties
- import taxes
- VAT or brokerage fees
Handmade & Limited Production
Because our products are handmade in small batches by artisan families in Ukraine, some items may require additional preparation or production time before shipment. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Trembita Wool Studio is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect addresses.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- weather
- customs processing
- carrier disruptions
- holidays
- circumstances outside our control
Returns & Return Shipping
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused items in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please review our Return Policy for full return eligibility details.
