Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- custom or made-to-order items
- sale items
- items showing signs of use
- items damaged after delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yuliia@trembitastudio.com.
Please include:
- your order number
- photos of the item and packaging
- a brief description of the issue
We will do our best to make it right.
Natural Wool Disclaimer
Our products are made from real wool. Slight shedding, natural scent, and texture variation may occur and are considered normal characteristics of handmade wool textiles.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within several business days.
If a returned item does not meet the conditions above, the return may be refused or partially refunded.
